eSOMS is a one-stop online portal featuring end-to-end approval management from application to grant of approval and subsequent interactions with respect to regulatory activities between CAAS and our approval/permit holders.
Launched in 2018, eSOMS was developed to digitalise CAAS’ approval application and regulatory oversight process with the aim of working more efficiently and effectively with our stakeholders.
Through eSOMS portal, existing and prospective approval holders are able to submit online applications, upload supporting documents, make payment electronically, communicate and transact online with officers and download the e-approvals.
